Also this year we have been put between the most effective agencies on the advertising market. – We have won the gold Effie in the FMCG kategory for the Nescafé campaign and also Silver Effie for the re-launch of the traditional ice cream Míša for Unilever. Also we have broken through the shortlist with our client Opel and its campaign 24 hodin and with the invest campaign ČSOB.

As the only one from the Czech Republic we have returned from the prestige festival Epica with the Silver campaign for Konto bariéry and bronze for Amnesty international.

Total Burn-out of Lidice

McCann-Erickson Prague won the Grand Prix at the Golden Hammer Festival. – The agency created a forged on-line war ‘game’ called Total Burn-out of Lidice which served as a promotion of the monument of Lidice, the Czech symbol of Nazi oppression. This controversial campaign provoked an unexpectedly massive response, broke internet viewer records and within a few days was covered by the media across the whole world.

Organs

The Czech success in Moscow – On the 17th International advertising festival MIAF in Moscow McCann-Erickson Prague won the gold for their radio spot for the Calledonian School (Passenger), the silver for their campaign for the Harley Davidson clothes shop and for the campaign Organs for Doctors without Borders.

Perfect girl

McCann-Erickson Prague succeeded at the Corbis Awards in the category of Creative Photography! – Even 2 works from the workshop of McCann Erickson Prague were short-listed in the category of Creative Photography at this year’s Corbis Awards and will be displayed during the Golden Drum Festival. One of the chosen works is “Have you already replied (Už jste odepsali?)?” for the ICN company photographed by Standa Merhaut. And the second Czech success is “Perfect Girl” photographed by Goran Tacmevski for the Anabel company, which fights against anorexia and bulimia.
